Practice Principal

Our Practice Principal, Peter Thomas, has over 26 years of experience in the Financial Planning industry. Peter is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority and The Financial Planning Association, a Certified Xero Adviser and an Accredited Age Care Professional. Peter is an Accredited Aged Care Specialist, Registered Accountant and Licensed Financial Planner.

Outside of the office, Peter is an avid golf player, motorbike enthusiast and is currently learning Spanish! Peter can help you plan your retirement, provide aged care advice for yourself/your family and guide you through the difficult financial decisions in life.

Stacey Tryon

Aged Care Specialist - Director, Ageing Well Sorted

Stacey loves connecting with people and helping them plan a holistic roadmap for a positive later life. Having spent decades in the finance and automotive industries, she is now pursuing her passion in the Ageing field. A self-proclaimed lifelong learner, she is also working her way through a Masters of Ageing and loving it.

Stacey is Thomas Group’s Practise Manager and Aged Care Specialist, having launched her service, Ageing Well Sorted, in 2019. She assists clients and their loved ones in any area to do with in-home and aged care planning and aims to help people plan all their life affairs, early and before a crisis event. It has been a great synergy for many existing Thomas Group clients and available to anyone whether they need financial advice or just direction for the next steps.

Outside work: Stacey loves spending time with family and friends and is also happiest in the Sydney departure lounge, flying off to literally any destination. Road trips have been a great silver lining to the pandemic and enjoying our own beautiful coastlines has been a great revelation. She loves learning about different cultures, people’s lived experiences and what makes them tick.
